Satay Street was founded in 2009 and is currently trading at two markets in East London with a new cafe and market stall set to open soon.
They serve Bangkok style satay using recipes passed down by the owner, Som’s, mother.
Satay Street celebrates the classic South East Asian dish consisting of small pieces of meat, fish or vegetables cooked on a grill with a spiced sauce and served over rice, a wrap or in a bun.

We love the traditional satay served with jasmine rice, peanut sauce and all the toppings. For the vegetarians and vegans we recommend trying the crispy tofu with peanut sauce in roti.
