Their Story

Hammer & Tongs invited diners to experience outdoor eating indoors with both restaurant and menu focussed around one of the largest wood-fired grills in London; their bespoke braai measured over three meters long and was fired by Sickle Bush hardwood imported from Namibia and South Africa.

The grill was visible to diners and the interior palette of orange, blue, crimson, leather and copper reflects the warmth of Africa.
