Lee Kum Kee are partnering with School of Wok to offer 240 free masterclasses to celebrate Chinese cooking.
The 45-minute masterclasses will be held in 12 sessions across two days teaching the two staple Chinese dishes of dumplings and Sichuan chicken. These dishes were chosen because they include techniques that will give enthusiastic cooks the skills to adapt into a larger repertoire of Chinese cooking.
100 lucky participants will be taught by celebrity Jeremy Pang who will be running the masterclasses on the second day of the event.
