A Fish & Seafood Restaurant owned by Billingsgate Fishmongers

Chamberlain’s Of London restaurant is unique in that it is owned by fourth generation fishmongers Chamberlain & Thelwell from Billingsgate Market who also supply many of London’s top restaurants.

The restaurant is located in the beautiful Leadenhall Market, a rapidly changing area of the City of London now fully occupied for the first time.

Both the owners and executive chef Andrew Jones have a wealth of information they are happy to share for any fish and seafood features, seasonal advice, how to cook and prepare fish and insight into the UK fishing industry.

Classic dishes include (and pictured above):
Lobster Bisque scented with Armagnac and served with brown shrimp.
Dover Sole from Brixham served on or off the bone, grilled, pan fried or poached in Champagne sauce.
Cornish Skate Wing from Bideford served with brown parsley butter & capers.
