We are pleased to announce the complete refurbishment and relaunch of ICEBAR London, now offering four parts for visitors; Fire Bar, Summer Terrace, ICEBAR London and new Yuu Kitchen @ ICEBAR.

Now in it’s 15th year the eponymous attraction loved by locals and tourists alike has refurbished entirely to coincide with the launch of this year’s ice installation; Valhalla Calling.

The Fire Bar has just launched a brand new cocktail menu and their Cocktail of the Month; Bubblegum Negroni, a creative and refreshing twist on the old time classic Negroni and the perfect summer refresher. The menu offers guests an extensive list of unusual and delicious cocktails to enjoy within a dramatic setting with a backdrop of real flames. Cocktails include Minty Monkey (Monkey 47, Cointreau, Apple Juice, Mint, Cucumber, Lime), Queen’s Fire (Cantinero Blanco, Mezcal, Ancho Reyes, Agave, Lime), Once Upon A Time In Mexico (Casamigos Reposado, Patron Cafe, Espresso, Chocolate), Yuzu Smash (Belvedere Citrus, Yuzu Purée, Vanilla, Lime) and Last Summer (Absolut Elyx, Roots Mastic, Pomegranate, Lime, Grenadine, Egg White). The Summer Terrace offers a beautiful space to sit within the bustling bars and restaurants of Heddon Street.

ICEBAR London’s fifteenth installation was created by sculpting, chipping and carving a staggering 30 tonnes of ice to create the mystical norse theme. Visitors also look the part in the classic fur-lined cape and gloves like a true Viking to keep out the cold of the constant -5 degrees.

Yuu Kitchen @ ICEBAR London is the third site for Head Chef Jon de Villa, previously of Nobu London, who has created a menu inspired by his Filipino heritage and travels across the Pacific Rim and Asia. The lower-ground restaurant, seating 110, features a striking original artwork by Hong Kong based pop-culture artist Lunatic. Dishes include Grilled Cauliflower with Sweetcorn, Jalepeño Dressing, Shallots, Garlic Chips and Chives, Chicken Inasal (ancho grilled chicken thigh) with Green Papaya Acharra Sweet Pickle, Cobia Bao with Yuzu Koshi, Miso Cobia, Papaya Pickle, and Red Currant Sauce.
