Fourteen Ten are thrilled to announce we have won The American Express Award for Most Innovative Promotion for our work with Delfina restaurant.

The award was announced and presented at the 2012 London Restaurant Festival annual awards ceremony held at Vinopolis.

The awards evening marked the end of the festival fortnight that puts a global spotlight on the London restaurant scene. Over 800 restaurants served a ‘Festival Menu’ to 50,000 people and unique events included localised tours of foodie pockets such as Graze that took place on Delfina’s home of Bermondsey Street.

As specialists in Social Media and online development for the the hospitality industry, taking first place out of 800 competitors is a huge achievement. We successfully worked with a clear strategy and consistently in the weeks before, during and post the festival to promote and amplify Delfina’s involvement throughout the two weeks of core activity.

The award is as equally rewarding for Delfina whose presence on Bermondsey Street, amongst it’s high profile neighbours, has been raised and the restaurant now sits amongst a list of the most celebrated restaurants in the Capital today such as Dabbous, Sushi Tetsu and Pitt Cue Co as well as global culinary celebrity Jamie Oliver.

On the evening Fay Maschler told us: “London is continuing to rival Paris, New York and Sydney in terms of innovative ground-breaking food and this year’s London Restaurant Festival has really brought this to life. As we can see at tonight’s awards this city is buzzing with world leading chefs and stunning cuisine – with so much to offer we are already looking forward to LRF 2013.”

We too are looking forward to next year’s event and it is always an honour for Fourteen Ten to contribute to such a thriving restaurant scene in London today.

Thank you for an amazing evening Fay and a thoroughly exciting and challenging fortnight.
