We are pleased to announce that in celebration of Dominique Ansel Bakery London’s third birthday, three limited edition items from his bakeries in New York and LA will be available in London for the weekend of the 28th to the 30th of September for the very first time.
Haute Dog
Details: Raspberry crème dipped with Valrhona strawberry chocolate, set on soft biscuit à la cuillère “buns” soaked in coconut syrup, topped with passion fruit “mustard” and crunchy coconut rocher “kraut”.

Black Truffle Honey Cheesecake
Details: Light and silky crème fraîche cheesecake served in its own mini wooden cheese crate, topped with a drizzle of black truffle honey (gluten-free)

Ice-Cream Sundae Religieuse
Details: A double-decker cream puff with two “scoops” filled with Valrhona Caramel (caramelised milk chocolate) whipped ganache, pistachio ganache and homemade strawberry jam, finished with vanilla ganache and a chocolate “cherry” on top.

Details: piped and baked to order, this mini form of the French classic are served immediately, warm from the oven, dusted with icing sugar.

Details: Tahitian vanilla ice-cream and chocolate wafer crisps are encased in Chef Dominique’s signature honey marshmallow, all served on a smoked willow branch, torched to order at the table.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Shot
Details: The famed dual drink-dessert consisting of a warm chocolate chip cookie shaped like a shot glass filled at the table with cold-infused Tahitian vanilla milk.
