A partnership between Dominique Ansel Bakery and florist Philip Corps will see a transformation of the London bakery in celebration of the Belgravia In Bloom floral festival.
Award-winning florist Philip Corps will transform the Dominique Ansel London bakery into The Secret Garden using plants, material and flowers to recreate a rambling and overgrown entrance to a secret world within.
Bark strips will be used to create the door, moss and succulents will add an overgrown and aged feel, yellow garden roses (both plants and cut) will grow wildly around the door alongside trailing ivy, cow parsley and asparagus fern. Vintage garden props will add to the recreation of the Frances Hodgson Burnett’s classic children’s novel published in 1911.
Through the doorway of The Secret Garden the magic will continue with five bakery items created exclusively for Belgravia In Bloom.
- Elderflower Vanilla Chocolate Éclair
Filled with a whipped vanilla and elderflower ganache, topped with beautiful flowers to finish.
- Betty Religieuse

- Bee Mine Honey Cheesecake

- Pull-Apart Flower Cookie (pictured)
