Fourteen Ten recently launched The Cavendish London #ValentineVine Competition, enabling our client to be the first hotel in the UK to launch a competition using new social app Vine.

Vine is a micro-video sharing service Vine Logowhich invites users to create a six second video animation through stop-start control simply by pressing the screen and releasing. Vine is owned by Twitter and at the time of writing only available on the iPhone iOS platform, however with plans to roll out to all other smartphone platforms.

Entrants were asked to enter our competition by submitting a romantic vine to the Cavendish London Twitter profile.

The competition was very well received by the media with influential publishers such as Mashable, The Drum and Big Hospitality covering the competition.
