Dominique Ansel’s Blossoming Hot Chocolate will be launching in the London bakery on Friday the 29th September at 8am, coinciding with their 1st birthday.
This popular seasonal item is a fun creation that has even played a part in a proposal (view here). The Hot Chocolate features a marshmallow flower that blossoms inside a cup of homemade chef’s hot chocolate. The marshmallow is surrounded by a thin layer of white chocolate so when it’s placed into the hot chocolate the white chocolate melts causing the flower to “bloom” revealing a chocolate bonbon inside (or a ring if you are near-proposal).
Blossoming Hot Chocolate
About: The Blossoming Hot Chocolate first started in Dominique Ansel’s Tokyo shop and quickly went viral and soon debuted at his New York and London bakeries. With the start of autumn and chillier weather here in the Capital the Blossoming Hot Chocolate is back at Dominique Ansel Bakery London for the season.
