London’s Only X’ian Barbecue Restaurant : Bin Bin Q
We are pleased to announce that Fourteen Ten are now representing Bin Bin Q Barbecue Market; the only restaurant in London to specialise in Xi’an skewers and barbecue dishes inspired by the famous Muslim Markets of North-West China.
Bin Bin Q has brought the fundamental elements of the traditional food stalls of the Muslim Market, heat (charcoal), seasoning and high quality single ingredients, to Euston. The menus offers a choice of over 30 skewers and barbecue dishes purchased individually and range from £2 to £3.90.
Bin Bin Q’s dishes require no sauce or dips because the unique flavour comes from the traditional Xi’an seasoning of cumin, chilli and salt. Dishes range from the unusual Squid Neck, Chicken Bone Rack, Lamb Rib to the classic Chicken Wings and King Prawns and the simple such as Potato Slices that are delicious sprinkled with the moreish seasoning.
The Barbecue Market is also home to their own “superstore” offering a huge range of unique and interesting snacks, drinks, cooking ingredients and frozen items imported directly from Xi’an. Diners are invited to select their drinks (with no surcharge) from the wide range offered in the chillers while they wait for their food.
This unusual restaurant is unique in London and ideal for all sizes of groups of diners thanks to the the flexible ordering format and dishes that accommodate both the adventurous and the safe diner.
